Who represents the $20 billion ALANA economic interest in Minnesota?

As you consider candidates to vote for please consider this voting guide (link below) that lists ALANA economic interests by Congressional Districts, Minnesota House and Senate Districts and for the state. Three characteristics to look for in a candidate:

Does the candidate view the ALANA communities as assets?

What has the candidate done or plan to do to grow long term assets?

Will the candidate agree to implement a long term plan to grow ALANA economic assets in 2015?

Who Represents $9 billion ALANA Female economic interests?
There is a lot of attention given to the importance of the female voter in determining the success of political races. That is true. What is unclear is who is representing and growing the ALANA female economic interests conservatively estimated by me to be at least $9 billion in Minnesota. Do we see these economic interests represented in public and elected offices?  ALANA female entrepreneurs had $1.2 billion in revenue in 2007.
